ANYONE who has been told to self-isolate and is unable to work could be eligible for a support payment.
The Test and Trace support payment scheme is available until September 30 and claims can be made up-to 42 days from the first day of isolation.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Council said: “If you have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace or have been identified as a close contact by the NHS Covid-19 app and told to self isolate, you could be entitled to a one-off payment of £500 to support you while you're unable to work.”
