OFFICERS are appealing for information after a dad-of-three was killed during a collision in Grimethorpe.

On May 2 at 5.55pm, a black Peugeot was pursued by police after it failed to stop in Brierley.

At the junction of Park Road and Brierley Road the Peugeot was involved in a collision with a silver Ford.

The front seat passenger of the Peugeot, Tze Chun Tsang, 51, suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash.

He was taken to hospital but died on Saturday.

His family said: “It is with deep sadness we announce the death of a much loved son, dad and brother.

“Father of three, Tze Chun Tsang died in hospital on Saturday during the early hours.

“We would like to thank those who are respecting our privacy during this difficult time.”

Enquiries are ongoing and officers are asking anyone with information to come forward. If you have any information, phone 101 quoting incident number 691 of May 2.
