SAINSBURY'S are urgently recalling a date product over fears they could be contaminated.
Taste the Difference Medjool Dates in 200g and 500g packets are being recalled as they may be contaminated with Hepatitis A.
Hepatitis A is a liver infection that is caused by a virus that can be spread through the faeces of an infected person. While it can be unpleasant, it can be treated but symptoms can include joint and muscle pain, a raised temperature, pain in the upper right of your stomach and yellowing of the skin and eyes.

A spokesperson for Sainsbury's said: “We are asking customers who have purchased these products with this specific supplier code not to eat them and to return them to their nearest Sainsbury’s store for a full refund when they next visit for groceries & other essentials. Please note that packs without this code present are not affected.
