STAFF at Barnsley Hospital are asking to hear from patients who have been through their complaints process.
The deadline for the engagement poll ends at the end of March, with hospital bosses hoping to improve the way they collect feedback.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Hospital said: “Have you ever been through the Barnsley Hospital complaints process?
“If so we would like to hear from you.
“We want to be able to improve the way in which we collect feedback about the complaints process and would like to know what your preferred method for providing us with feedback would be?”
