COUNCIL bosses have reintroduced traffic measures outside the Worsbrough recycling centre every weekend due to increased demand.
Barnsley Council have put traffic management in place in a bid to tackle long queues.
This will be in place every weekend for the foreseeable future.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Council: “We’ve been able to increase the number of vehicles on the site, and we ask that you switch your engine off while queuing to support the local environment.
“Thank you for your patience while we do all we can to enable everyone to use the centre as quickly and safely as possible.”
