COMMUTERS across the borough should take caution when travelling due to a risk of flooding as Storm Christoph continues to batter the region.
Currently there are four amber weather warnings in place across the borough for the lower river Calder catchment, Middle river Don, River Dearne catchment, and the upper river Don catchment.
Barnsley Council also announced that High Street, Grimethorpe, and Wath Road, Elsecar would be closed due to the bad weather.
