Today is Blue Monday – known as the most depressing day of the year – and a support group wants to encourage more men across the borough to speak up about their mental health.
Men Utd holds weekly online sessions which allow men to speak about their mental health and other worries they may have.
Suicide still remains the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK, which is something Men Utd want to help combat within the town.
A spokesperson for the group said: “Our online men's group is a supportive and friendly place.
“We offer weekly Zoom meetings which are peer-led.”
