A WORSBROUGH artist has released a limited edition ‘NHS Heroes’ print in a bid to raise funds for the Barnsley Hospital Charity.
Olivia Tate, 20, is studying illustration at Sheffield Hallam University and decided to create the print in recognition of the work that staff across the NHS have undertaken this year.
She has family members who are working on the frontline and, because she understands how hard this year has been on them, wanted to create something as a ‘thank you’ for their work during the pandemic.
Olivia said: “This year has been an incredibly difficult year for everyone due to Covid-19, but it is the NHS who have been the true heroes through it all.
“I know that I take my hat off to them because I couldn’t even begin to imagine how difficult and exhausting this year has been for Covid frontline workers.”
A Go Fund Me page has been set up by Olivia and anyone who donates £10 or more will receive a copy of the limited-edition art print.
