BABY food has been issued with an urgent recall after traces of plastic were found in an Aptamil cereal.
Nutricia has announced that the affected Aptamil Multigrain Banana and Berry Cereal is unsafe to eat following plastic traces.
The batch affected has a best before date of July 7 2021.
A spokesperson for Nutricia said: “If you have bought the above product do not feed it to your baby.
“Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought, with or without a receipt, for a full refund.
“Alternatively contact the Aptamil careline number on 0800 996 1000 or visit the website here.”
