A MEMORIAL service for grieving parents will take place virtually to help bereaved parents and families.
The Baby Memorial Service is held during Baby Loss Awareness Week each year at Barnsley Hospital for parents who have lost a child.
Usually the event takes place in the hospital chapel, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the service will be held virtually.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Hospital said: “This year we will host a virtual service for bereaved parents and their families which will be streamed live from the hospital chapel.”
The service will take place on Sunday (October 11) from 4.30pm.
