A LOCAL artist has designed his own vintage shirts in a bid to raise funds for the NHS.

Liam Moxon, from Elsecar, created his own NHS merchandise with his artwork displayed on it.

The artist was due to hold an exhibition of his art at The Civic in June, but this was postponed due to the theatre’s temporary closure.

Liam, who owns Distorted North, is selling shirts, bags and mugs with all proceeds being donated to the NHS.

Liam told We Are Barnsley: "I just wanted to do my bit. We need the NHS now more than ever and thought this was the best way for me to get involved."
