A CHILD has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Barnsley.
Police officers were called to West Way near the Alhambra Centre at around 12.15pm to the accident which was between a car and cyclist.
An 11-year-old child was airlifted to hospital with what are believed to be serious injuries.
The road remains partially closed.
