Why is the garden waste collection stopped December, January and February?? when on the cards posted through letter boxes it states that they will be collected over that time but every 4 weeks instead of every 2 weeks.

Why or why don't the council realise that this is the biggest time of the year for paper/card and plastic recycling? Bins will be overflowing again and the recycling will not be dealt with correctly. We keep being told that we need to recycle to save landfill space etc but the council never seem to actually take it all on board properly.

Festive? Christmas, yes, Christmas, the CHRISTIAN holiday in a CHRISTIAN country.
