Would you leave your children alone in the car?

Tuesday September 22 2015

FORMER pop star Rachel Stevens made headlines this week after she was pictured leaving her two daughters alone in the car while she ran errands.

The S Club 7 singer reportedly parked and left her children aged four and 18 months in the car for around 10 minutes, according to the Mail Online.

The government website states: "Use your judgement on how mature your child is before you decide to leave them alone."

WABers what do you think?

Dangers are all around us and apparently more than ever before. I find this post really shocking, leaving children alone in a car is not normal parental behavior.

danger isn't around us more than ever, it is just more widely reported.

Would I heck leave my kids in car! my eldest is 13 so maybe so but she likes to come in shops with me anyway. And only time I'd leave my youngest 2 (age 8 and 6) is if Dad is waiting in car. saying that though they like to come with me too so I've all on trying to get them to stay with their Dad! Some parents don't like to be bothered when shopping but as a parent, having a steaming child or one that slides round the supermarket floor on their knees is an occupational hazard lol :) but no I'd never leave them alone in the car. There's too many dangers out there and tbh it's just laziness not to take them with you
