Barnsley Council wants to hear your views on services

Thursday September 10 2015

RESIDENTS have the opportunity to take part in a survey to share their views of the council and the services it provides.

Feedback from the survey will be published, including any plans for change and improvement as a result of the feedback received.

Coun Robin Franklin said: “Your views as a resident of Barnsley are really important to us, so we’d like to hear from you.”

The survey is available to be completed online at www.barnsleysurvey2015.co.uk.

Alternatively, paper copies of the survey can be found at various public information points including libraries.

The closing date to complete the survey is Wednesday, September 30.

Graffiti popping up allover and areas surrounding town centre littered with cans and bottles. How is the research and planning around land viability and planning going or are they going to be sacked off in favour of a highest bidder approach? Maybe it is a case of "don't know what you've got 'till its gone" but it seemed that progress was being made but now seems as though they have given in.

I don;t think they do want to hear our views. I think they are just obliged to ask for them. they can then continue doing what they always do, ignoring the local populace.

Sir Steve is untouchable.

I concur Ray, they have been ignoring the local populous for the last 80 years so what difference does another day make?
