While i am happy barnsley has won so many awards and the flowers are beautiful. The judges must only have been around certain areas of Barnsley. They havent been near Kendray of they would be disgusted. While many people in Kendray keep their houses and gardens tidy and clean. Some gardens are beautiful. There is a digusting anount of litter. Due to a huge school and NO dustbins. When occasionally the workmen pick litter they miss most of it. I have seen rats at night on farm road. Its foul . Thankyou Barnsley council continue to look after certain areas and ignore others devaluing their houses and keeping our area disgusting.
