Worsbrough Mill Celebrates Flour Power

Monday April 30 2012

A PROJECT worth over £80,000 has kicked off at Worsbrough Mill to give the country park some 'flour power.'

Cash from the Heritage Lottery Fund (£48,500) and Welcome To Yorkshire (£35,000) will be used to gather stories on the mill and get locals to put thoughts forward about the history of the site, which will be used to produce some new display panels.

A spokesman added: "A range of new activities will be devised including visits and resources for schools as well as walks, talks and tours for adults and families."
