Woman Airlifted To Hospital After Collision

A WOMAN was airlifted to hospital on Wednesday after being hit by a car.

At 9.55am, police responded to reports that a pedestrian had been in collision with a car on White Cross Road, Cudworth.

A 56-year-old woman was taken to hospital with suspected head and neck injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 259 of January 8.

I agree it's a fantastic thing we have & are lucky to have an air ambulance. The men & women that work on it as well as the normal ambulance service do an amazing job but what has god got to do with anything? Surely if he existed he would have stepped in to stop the woman being knocked down in the first place? Hope she has a speedy recovery
