A MAN who has denied two charges of assaulting a police officer will be tried at Barnsley Magistrates' Court.

Jacek Kubisa, 33, of Windermere Road, Barnsley, who has also admitted possessing a stun gun, was granted unconditional bail.

Kubisa will make his first appearance on January 22.

if he doesnt disapper before the court date ,should have been on remand just for having the stun gun this country makes me sick

Not so long ago a man got raided as they raided his proper they found a stun gun n even tho it was a drugs raid they arrested his for intent to supply n procession ov a deadly weapon so what the difference between these two stories y should one get punished n the other granted unconditional bail oh the other lad was sent to jail for a year or so

Pfft! Makes me sick! N asif he got unconditional bail, a good friend of mine just got 5 year in jail for having a stun gun as they are classed as fireharms! Country has gone to pot!

@bananas - Now dear, there is a thing called the EU. So 'those there forayners' can come and live and work here if they are from a country that is a member of the EU.
