Oh, of course, I forget that being accused is the same as being tried and found guilty. Yours, Dom, is the type of retarded response that condemns a guy for eternity. Even if the lad is found not guilty, this will follow him around for ever. Grow up a bit and at least wait for the result of the trial before you grab your torches and pitch forks.
And, for the record, I do not know anything of or about this case, it just riles ne to see the high and mighty attitudes flying.

IF he is proven guilty then he needs his bits cutting off and salt thrown on his wound!! IF he is proven not guilty then he needs huge appoligies from the two people that has accused him!! no one knows until the court case

Of course he's guilty, someone accused him so he must be right? WRONG! After being on the receiving end of someone close at the time being accused of rape by an 11 yr old YES 11 at the time, being at the crap end of the stick is not fun. Police handle situations like this because they have to regardless. They didn't even read the damn statements properly. It got through CPS and it went to crown. It was after the jury was sworn in that the judge actually reviewed the case files PROPERLY and he was disgusted that it even got through the CPS and the girl was still a virgin. The effect of this kid of thing, if it is a false accusation is just as bad as if you are guilty. It doesn't all just go away with a none guilty verdict. It is there forever. So before you hang the guy, get all the facts first. This crap ruins lives. Period. If he is guilty then he will get found so by his peers, he doesn't need the whole of yorkshire on his back finding him guilty before he's even had a trial. Folk like the ones who write all this crud want hanging. Put yourself in his shoes for once and get out of your own little world.

This is wrong all you people giving this poor lad grief when the saying is innocent until proven guilty. If he is found not guilty then its all you out there causing trouble and making things worse for him that need hanging

Doesn't mean he didn't do it even if he's being found innocent.. I'm a rape victim and my attacker didn't go to prison they wasn't enough evidence.. Rape is one of the hardest crimes to prove!
