MP set for radio show MP set for radio show

MICHAEL Dugher, the MP for Barnsley East, is presenting his own radio show for We Are Barnsley Radio on Friday at 11am.

Michael will use his first radio show as an opportunity to promote the Live In Barnsley festival - where he's performing - and its many other acts. He will welcome one of Live In Barnsley’s organisers, Dave Pearsall, and performer Adam Guest, to talk about the one-day festival.

Prior to this Michael will join We Are Barnsley’s Josh to answer questions put to him by the people of Barnsley through Facebook and Twitter.

"Music is a passion of mine and it is great to see such a great event being organised in Barnsley," said Michael.

You can listen to the show here.

Would you like to ask Michael a question? Comment below or email josh@wearebarnsley.com and yours will be put to him on Friday.

Oh dear, Yet another opportunity for self promotion by Dugher .
Instead of faffing around with silly radio shows why not do the job that the people of Barnsley voted you in for you to do, you know erm, get some more decent employers in the town and get the hideous town centre sorted out.

Yet another classic example of Labour lunacy..

Kick them out NOW!

Another example of Labours stranglehold on Barnsley. If only the people would wise up and realise the only places where governments invest in jobs and infrastructure is in marginal constituancies. Look how much Labour did for Barnsley during the 13 years they were in office.???

The stranglehold of Labour is simply because people have voted the same way their parents and their grandparents voted and fear change.

We have been promised everything by BMBC for the lost 20 odd years and what have we got?

Not just the local Labour party either, millibuffoon has publicly said they will NOT have a referendum on Europe if they get in next time.

Let them fiddle whilst Rome burns, UKIP are catching them up and they know it.
