BARNSLEY climbed out of the relegation zone once again with a win over play-off hopefuls Leicester.

The Reds had started Easter Monday in the bottom three after their defeat to rivals and fellow strugglers Sheffield Wednesday, but they fought fiercely for three hard-earned points at Oakwell - their third straight home win.

"It could have been four, five, six," said Barnsley manager David Flitcroft. "The passing, the intricacy, wow. We could have been talking about a huge scoreline because that's how much we dominated Leicester today. We were brilliant."

The Reds dominated possession, and were worthy winners.

Michael Keane's own goal in the 4th minute gave Barnsley the perfect start, and a Chris O'Grady goal in the 40th ensured three valuable points.

The remaining seven games will be enthralling, as the Championship table shows that anyone could be pulled into the relegation battle. Eighth-placed Derby County, only two places away from the play-offs, are only seven points clear of the relegation zone.

Next up for the Reds is a trip to Wales, where they're set to face table-topping Cardiff.
