Good to hear that Berneslai Homes is a great employer to work for but surely what they should be about is managing houses for people to make their customers happy. I was recently told by a very experienced Barnsley Councillor that the main part of the job was dealing with complaints from Berneslai Homes tenants.?????
Still it keeps the concillors busy.

a lot of staff in Berneslai Homes are nice and can't do enough for you, but there are some where you can't get a word in edgeways and when you do manage to say your piece they act like you're either an idiot or like you've not even said anything! But it's the same in most places! Contact any public sector office who deal with phonecalls all day, you will either get lovely people or people who are quite blunt and frankly not very nice at all!!
