Conversion Plan Approved For Office Building

Tuesday October 9 2012

AN office building in Kendray is to be converted to flats after planning permission was granted.

Birk House, on Calder Crescent, used to be a day care centre but has recently been used as offices for the Learning Disability Service.

The building, which is empty, will now be converted into six, two-bedroomed apartments.
