Demolition Debris Causes Road Havoc
Monday September 12 2011
Police in Barnsley are diverting people away from the site of the former Lundwood Hotel as debris from the demolition is flying into the road.
The pub - which closed in the summer - has been subject to demolition work over the last few weeks. But today's strong winds are blowing debris from the site into the paths of oncoming cars.
Police are now on scene diverting traffic to Abbotts Road.
No traffic is being allowed past the demolition site today (Sept 12).
