The police used to send shops a list of people who had been caught shoplifting. It had photos and names. The look on their faces when you caught them trying to nick something and you said 'put that back Johnny Smith'. They were so confused as to how you knew their name!

Shoplifters often steal to fund their drug taking. The Government has shown it is unable to stop the drugs coming into this country and should now take action.

I agree Mark, but this government couldn't organise a raffle at a christmas party.

At least this government hasn't almost made the country bankrupt

No, they're just spending more than the last lot and still blaming the last lot for causing a world banking crisis. Don't let facts get in the way of a rant against Labour though.

is it suprising shoplifting is on the increase. with the "austerity" measures being put in place. jobs being lost, and the jobs we do have being given to our eastern european counterparts. ok some might be to feed drug habits. but there are real people finding times difficult at the moment. to follow maybe house breaking will increase too?..we will see.
