A LIFE sized fairy house will be appearing at Locke Park this weekend.
Love On The Rocks Barnsley, a group that paints, hides and finds rocks across Barnsley will be running an art project alongside the classic car event.
Fairy doors will be appearing on trees across Locke Park and a ‘Fairy Hotel’ will be available for children to have their photograph taken.
The event has been organised in conjunction with the group’s first year anniversary.
Andy Barton, an admin at Love On The Rocks said: “There will be various rocks from all the team accompanying the doors. We have been working closely with Friends of Locke Park to make this happen and there will be one big Fairy hotel for you and your children to come see and photograph.
“Please come and enjoy and we wish this event will bring you and your children a little magic on the day. Don’t forget to take a picture.”
The event begins at 9am on Sunday and will run all day.
