AUDITIONS for ITV’s singing talent show The Voice will take place in Barnsley next week.
Michelle-Angel Ruse, who arranges the auditions, said: “This is the fourth year ITV has asked me to help them run auditions, which I am very proud to be associated with.
“I fight hard to get them to come every year to the north. We have such great talent here and I want to get Barnsley spinning some chairs.”
Auditions will be held at Dramatise Theatre School on the Maple Industrial Estate next Friday from 11am until 2pm.
Anyone wanting to audition should email Michelle at michelle@dramatise.co.uk and prepare a song with either a backing track, instrument or acapella – all tracks and instruments must be provided by entrants, who must be over 16 by October 1 2019.
