Officers are appealing for witnesses following a collision in which a car overturned.
At 9pm on Monday, an uninsured black Audi A3 failed to stop for officers.
Following this, a collision took place on Knollbeck Lane at the junction with Dearne Road.
Three men who were travelling in the Audi sustained minor injuries. Nobody else was injured and no other vehicles were involved in the collision.
A police spokesman said: "Police are now appealing for witnesses, or anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage of the vehicle prior to, or during the collision.
"If you have any information that could help, please contact 101 quoting incident number 945 of March 11."
