MORE ground investigation works are expected to take place next week at Penny Pie Park.
Abbeydale Building Environment Consultants will be at the site on Monday December 3 and Tuesday December 4 looking into further detail on the of the in-filled clay pits which exist in the park.
The investigation works are part of the proposed A628 Dodworth Road/Pogmoor Road highway scheme submitted to planning for consideration.
The park will still be open to the public during this time, although the investigation areas will be cordoned off for safety.
