FIREFIGHTERS spent the morning putting out a fire that broke out at a scrapyard.
Crews were called at 6am this morning to a scrap metal yard on Boulder Bridge Lane in Royston following reports that a pile of scrap metal was on fire.
Five fire engines are at the scene from Barnsley, Cudworth, Dearne, Tankersley and South Kirby.
A fire investigation into the cause of the fire will take place once it is completely out.
