Spelthorne Community Television, part of channel 4 are creating a new series on sex and relationships education and are looking for parents and their children to take part.

Sex and relationships education will be statutory in all schools from 2020, and Spelthorne will be using archive material to explore the history of sex education.

The series will provide a platform for parents, young people and viewers alike to discuss and debate different views, share personal experiences and encourage an open conversation around sex and relationships education in Britain. (Think of Gogglebox)

The series will work closely with a sex-education consultant who will ensure any material shown is age-appropriate to each child participating, and the welfare of the children involved will be paramount at all times.
