FIREFIGHTERS were sent to tackle a garage fire yesterday evening.
Three fire crews from Adwick, Dearne and Edlington Blue Watch were called to a fire on Barnsley Road in Goldthorpe at 8.10pm.
When they arrived the detached garage well alight. Crews used hose reels to put the fire out and left the scene at 8:55pm.
The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
