A MAN will appear before Sheffield Crown Court after being charged following an incident in May in which a woman was assaulted.
Jonathan Osbourne, 25, of Yews Avenue, Worsbrough, has been charged with an offence of burglary, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and affray, following an incident on Sunday May 13.
In the early hours of that morning, damage was caused to a car on Wharf Street, Barnsley, outside the home of a woman in her 20s. The house was then broken into and the woman assaulted.
He has been remanded into custody to appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday 28 August.
