A MULTICULTURAL festival is heading to Locke Park this Sunday and residents from over 20 countries will come together to celebrate the many diverse cultures in Barnsley.
The Destination Barnsley festival will take place at Locke Park on Sunday July 15 from 12.30pm to 4.30pm and promises to be a fantastic occasion with a whole range of activities and live entertainment for people of all ages.
There will be opportunities to learn about different cultures from around the world with delicious food, activities and live performances, circus skills workshops and five-a-side football.
The festival is free to enter with a £2 charge for parking at the site.
