A BIG screen outside the town hall will show the finals of this year’s Wimbledon as well as Disney films Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Moana.
The large pop-up screen will show live coverage of both the women’s and men’s singles finals on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 July.
There’ll be seating for visitors to relax and enjoy the action – while town centre businesses will be on hand to provide food and drinks throughout.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be shown on Saturday 14 to celebrate the last weekend of Experience Barnsley’s ‘May the toys be with you’ exhibition, which showcases a collection of memorabilia from the movies.
Popular family film Moana will be shown on Sunday 15.
