A FIELD fire kept fire crews from Cudworth and Barnsley busy yesterday after a fire broke out on a field in Carlton.
Firefighters were called to Crooks Lane just after 3pm yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters worked hard to tackle the fire using hose reels and beaters and left the scene at 7.30pm.
The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
