THE Woodhead Mountain Rescue Team have been nominated by to win £2000 worth of equipment from Peli UK as part of their 2018 Emergency Service Heroes campaign.
The Woodhead Mountain Rescue are a voluntary search and rescue service serving South Yorkshire, the Peak District and surrounding areas.
The team have been shortlisted and are competing against 11 other services.
