A SUPPORT page for men's mental health has been set up in memory of 24-year-old Liam Jones, who sadly took his own life on May 20.
The Liam Jones Legacy page has been set up to help raise awareness of mental health. Barnsley FC have also backed the campaign, as Liam was an avid supporter of The Reds.
Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Around 84 men take their own lives every week and it is branded a 'silent epidemic.'
Jenna Copeland, who contacted us said: "The page will be posting information and services available where people can go for help and to talk.
"I don't think there's enough awareness of these kinds of services plus there's always someone on the page if people want to message for a chat and it's confidential."
The page has been set up and will be run by Laura Copeland and Barnsley fan Gary Tedford
