STAGECOACH is offering rail users with valid or recently expired train passes free bus travel between Barnsley and Leeds for the rest of the month on a new bus route.
The Stagecoach Express X10 is a limited stop connection between Barnsley and Leeds.
The service runs hourly, seven days a week from Barnsley via the motorway, stopping at New Lodge, Darton, Kexborough, and Leeds City Bus Station, with later evening journeys also available on Fridays and Saturdays, with a last return trip from Leeds at 11.20pm.
Customers who present a valid weekly, monthly or longer-term train pass for travel between Barnsley and Leeds during the month of January 2018 will be able to travel on the X10 bus route for free.
The train pass must be for travel between either Barnsley or Darton and Leeds. The offer includes customers whose weekly, monthly or longer term tickets expired in December.
Customers with valid/December-expired train passes can travel as many times as they like on the X10 during the month of January with no restrictions by showing their rail passes each time they travel.
