POLICE have charged two people with robbery after a woman had her bag stolen in the town centre last week.
The 35-year-old victim had been walking along Pitt Street at 2am on New Year's Day when she was approached from behind and had her bag stolen.
Jordan Glover, 23 and Jodie Bradley, 24, both of Dodworth Road, were charged with one count of robbery last Friday (January 5).
They have been released on police bail until their next appearance at court on Friday February 2.
