POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a crash in Barnsley left a motorcyclist in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened around 2.45pm on Saturday (July 29) when a red Ford Fiesta travelling along Cemetery Road towards Doncaster Road collided with a yellow and black Honda motorcycle.
The motorcycle then hit a brick wall and the driver, a 31-year-old Barnsley man, suffered life-threatening injuries.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
The 25-year-old driver of the Fiesta suffered minor injuries.
