THERE will be significant disruption to train services to and from Barnsley tomorrow due to strike action by Northern Rail - limiting services to just one an hour.
There will only be one train an hour running towards Leeds from Barnsley after the first service at 7.41am. These will be at 12 minutes past the hour. The last service to Leeds from Barnsley will be at 6.12pm.
These will be fast trains - and will only stop at Wakefield Kirkgate and Leeds. No trains will call at Darton.
The same applies to trains running towards Sheffield from Barnsley.
Trains will only run at 14 minutes past the hour until the last train of the day. The first train is at 8.14am, the last is at 6.40pm.
No trains will call at Wombwell, Elsecar or Chapeltown.
There will only be one train an hour running back to Barnsley from Leeds - at 20 to the hour - until the last train of the day at 6.06pm.
From Wakefield Kirkgate, they'll run at 2 minutes to the hour, until the last train at 6.25pm.
From Sheffield back to Barnsley, there will only be one train an hour - at ten to - from 7.50am until the last train of the day, which is at 5.50pm.
From Meadowhall, trains back to Barnsley will run every hour at four minutes to the hour from 7.56am until the last train of the day at 5.56pm.
Trains to Huddersfield from Barnsley stations will run every two hours - starting at Barnsley at one minute past the hour.
Trains back to Barnsley from Huddersfield will be the same - running every two hours.
