A BARNSLEY man will appear in court charged with burglary after breaking into a town centre shop earlier this month.
Dean Phillip Hood, 31, of Race Street, Barnsley, was charged on Thursday, February 23 with the offence.
The charge relates to the reported break-in of a phone shop in Market Street in the early hours of Thursday, February 9.
Hood has been bailed and will appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday March 22.
