POLICE searching for a missing Barnsley man have found a body in Birdwell.
Officers looking for missing Christopher Thorpe, who was reported missing yesterday, discovered a body earlier this afternoon in Rockley Woods.
Although formal identification has not yet taken place, police believe it to be that of missing man Christopher Thorpe.
His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
