Town centre roads and businesses - including Wellington House and the library - are back to normal following the fire at Chicago Rock.
Town centre businesses affected by the incident are all back to normal, except for Sense charity shop, which should be able to move back into its premises on New Street, by the end of tomorrow (Friday, September 16).
Services operating from Wellington House have now all been reinstated, including the library service and Barnsley adult skills and community learning.
All roads and footpaths have now reopened, except a tight perimeter on Wellington Street next to the demolition site, to minimise any risk to the safety of the public.
