LOCAL gyms have been urged to put themselves forward for the fitness industry’s biggest free to enter awards scheme before it's too late.
The National Fitness Awards, organised by Barnsley based Script Events in partnership with industry magazine Workout, recognise excellence in all corners of the fitness industry, with over 20 trophies up for grabs.
Previous winners include the Metrodome and Lifestyle Fitness Barnsley.
Shortlisted gyms will be invited to attend a glittering awards ceremony at The Athena in Leicester in December where the winners will be crowned.
Nominations can be made via the website www.nationalfitnessawards.co.uk until Monday (August 22).
