ELSECAR PARK is celebrating after winning a prestigious award for the ninth year running.
The park and nature reserve has won the Green Flag Award for its green spaces.
It is among a record-breaking 1,686 parks and green spaces that will receive the award.
A Green Flag flying overhead is a sign to the public that the space has the highest possible standards, is beautifully maintained and has excellent facilities.
The award is another achievement for the park, which last year was named eleventh out of 1,500 entries as part of the nation’s favourite park.
