A FUNDRAISING walk will be held tomorrow in memory of an 18-month-old toddler who died of meningitis B.
Mia Barton Bright died just a few hours after the telltale rash appeared.
The event, organised by Mia’s family, is aiming to raise vital funds for Meningitis Now, the charity who supported Mia’s parents, Matthew and Rebecca, of Bretton View, Cudworth, after the tot’s death on March 9.
Hundreds are expected to show up for the walk, which will start at The Victoria pub, Cudworth, at 2pm tomorrow.
Anyone wishing to take part in the event is asked to donate £2.
