TEACHERS in Barnsley will strike early next month over pay, working conditions and school funds.
National Union of Teachers (NUT) members across the country will walk out on Tuesday, July 5, after 91 per cent of members who voted backed strike action.
The last national teachers strike, in July 2014, was highly disruptive to both parents and children, as around a fifth of schools across England and Wales were forced to close.
